Hi! My name is Larissa Bee and I’ve been passionate about self care and personal growth for over ten years.
Like most of us, I had a regular job. I struggled with the nine-to-five, lived for the weekend, did what was expected of me and got burnt out. I couldn’t help feeling that something was missing. With a lot of research, self work, and of course, trial and error, I started to find myself. I got stronger, more resilient, I got to know myself and my potential.
I started this blog because I really want to share what I’ve learnt, what worked for me, what didn’t work, and what I focus on every day to maintain mental and physical health, create space and live a wholesome and authentic life.
